Mellowake, formerly known as Turninn, is an iPhone app for bedtime reminders, bedtime countdowns, bedside clocks and wake-up alarms. This policy covers the app, its widgets and Live Activities, and the optional Morning Collection in-app purchase.

Mellowake does not require an app account. We do not operate a backend that receives your bedtime schedule, alarm settings or listening activity. The app does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
Your settings are processed locally. Apple separately processes information needed for App Store downloads, purchases, restoration and related platform services, as described below.

The app and its extensions share the local settings needed to display widgets and Live Activities. iOS manages notification and alarm permissions and scheduled notifications and alarms.
Mellowake does not measure your sleep, record audio, or access Health data, contacts, photos or precise location. It does not upload your settings or sound selections to us.
Mellowake offers an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase for additional alarm sounds. It is not a subscription.
Apple handles payment through the App Store. Mellowake uses Apple's StoreKit framework to retrieve product information and verify purchase entitlement on your device. The app processes Apple-provided transaction information, such as product identifiers, verification results and refund or revocation status, to unlock or remove access as appropriate. We do not send these transactions to a developer-operated server, and we do not receive your payment card details or Apple Account credentials through the app.
Apple maintains the purchase record. Reinstalling the app does not by itself cancel a valid purchase. You can use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Purchase restoration does not restore your bedtime or alarm settings. Refunded or revoked purchases may no longer provide access.
Store product requests, purchases and restoration may communicate with Apple and require an internet connection. Apple's handling of account, payment and purchase information is described in App Store & Privacy and Apple's Privacy Policy.
